Does watching online streaming require download. I mean, watching online videos is just transferring data right ? Is it that watching them is like downloading them or something ? The main reason i question this is because i want to know if i’ll get charged in my internet bill for watching online streaming videos. my internet does not have unlimited download and they charge a certain amount for 1 mb of download and stuff. I’m not referring to the plug ins and stuff that are required to watch the videos online. More like, is watching the videos themselves a type of download or something ?
